Unlike traditional yoga or Tai Chi Temple Flow is not focused
on poses or performance. It is a meditative practice a return
to presence through conscious movement. The focus is on inner awareness, emotional balance and a connection to your inner self.
This group class is guided with care creating space to move with meaning, rhythm, and respect for the body.
Each session is designed to support overall well-being regardless of background or previous experience.
